Unfortunately, it likely won’t pan out in the US where we overwork, overwhelm, and underpay our workers. Not to mention that you can’t trust the company or the potential hires to be open or honest.

This is how federation was sold to me for the first time, and I was unpleasently surprised when I learned that I still had to have multiple accounts. (Currently have 4 I think)

I hope this becomes the standard, I’d happily migrate.
